Girder Truss Repair

In Nicholls, Canberra, we were engaged to remediate a failed roof truss system caused by widespread truss plate failures. Our works included reinforcing the existing plates, retrofitting a 600 × 63 mm LVL to the girder truss bottom chord, and installing an internal support column with associated strengthening.

The remainder of the roof was also reinforced to restore stability and ensure long-term structural performance. All works were carried out in line with engineered requirements, delivering a certified and durable outcome.
