Cantilevered Staircase

We constructed a bespoke cantilevered staircase that showcases both craftsmanship and durability. Each step was built around a concealed structural steel core, ensuring strength and stability, and finished with 20 mm box-section tread covers crafted from recycled French oak wine barrels. The timber’s rich tones and subtle markings brought warmth and character to the clean, modern lines of the staircase.

To complete the design, we installed tempered glass balustrades, enhancing the floating effect of the cantilevered treads while providing safety and transparency. The result is a staircase that blends precision construction with distinctive finishes — a statement feature that is both robust and refined.
